Here is a spot I just cut for a group in Salt Lake City. It was a fun piece to edit. There were 4 spots total. Nate Hoffman did the sound work on it. I think it turned out well.

I love this ad. I rewatch it on the DVR as often as possible before someone asks me to turn LOST back on.
Scott Simmons over at the Edit Blog posted a link to a video on how they did the video. I thought it was worth linking to. Real posts coming again soon. Just got back in town from vacation so will be posting some tutorials, thoughts and work in the next couple of days.

American Heritage School Teaser

Bryce Randle did the edit and small animations on this project. The piece is produced by Jerry Craven of SilverWing Films (silverwingfilms.com). This is a teaser to be played in movie theaters in Salt Lake City. It was shot on a JCV camera with HDV format. The full piece is 7 minutes and used by the school for interested parents. It would fall under the commercial/corporate categories of what we manage and edit.

A part of “The Truth” campaign about the effects of tobacco use, this is one of four ads edited by Bryce Randle while freelancing for Fifty Films. This spot was edited for the Utah Department of Health and aired statewide. It was shot on 35mm film and edited on Final Cut Pro, delivered on BetacamSP format to the networks.
