Nick Maley offers his expertise on Yoda's image
From July 2007 through September of 2008, Bryce worked on a show called Mormon Mythellaneous. It was produced by Issimo Productions and Covenant Communications. The show had a few on and off periods due to one of the distributors and funding. All in all, we are proud of how it turned out.
The project was done in Final Cut Pro. It was shot with an HVX-200 using the P2 format. We edited in High Defintion 720p23.98fps. The final product aired on KSL, the Salt Lake City NBC affiliate, on October 2008 in HD. Copies are available at Wal-Mart, Seagull Book, and Deseret Book.
This is a section on the similarity of Yoda and President Spencer W. Kimball. We were able to interview Nick Maley, a modeler for the Jedi Master, over Skype. It obviously turned out a little rough on the audio, but I think it still adds a lot to the piece.
The motion graphics were the work of Jeremy Ames, the art director. I performed the edit and the graphic outlines on our host, Shawn Rapier, between each segment.
